Rob leads the Assessment Research Team, with a focus on: ensuring innovation and scientific rigour in Mettl’s assessments. He is a Chartered/Registered Occupational Psychologist with over 24 years of experience in psychometrics research and consultancy. He is a member of Mettl’s Executive Leadership Team.​
