As a team member, I have allotted scheduled slots for planning and strategizing, checking emails, doing the work, and taking breaks to get the most out of my day.

In a team, everyone is busy with their schedules and when anything has to be discussed in a meeting, it’s essential first to ascertain everyone's calendar is free for that time. A meeting happens to be fruitful when every subject matter expert is available to give their inputs regarding a campaign and it has greater impact on the business bottomline or campaign RoI as well.
The Best Person in the Team to Make the Decisions (Decision-making):
In a group, different people come with different strengths and each person is the best decision-maker in their subject matter. Whenever a strategic decision has to be taken regarding any campaign- what tools to be used, when to launch a project, what sort of content needs to go out, and how many channels to be leveraged- we prefer the subject matter expert to give us insights and to be the decision-maker in the niche.
