Combining Peer Feedback with Assessment Metrics

January 20, 2025 | Learning & Development

We are thrilled to announce the integration of “Assessment Centers” and “Feedback Surveys”. This powerful combination is designed to provide organizations with a unified and holistic approach to talent evaluation, bringing more value and efficiency to their assessment processes.

Here is a brief on what’s new.

Integrated Reporting

Scores and feedback from surveys can now be seamlessly incorporated into Assessment Center’s comprehensive reports.

The integrated reports can highlight key strengths, developmental areas, and actionable recommendations, combining assessment metrics and peer feedback, giving decision makers a complete picture of participant’s potential. This streamlined reporting aims to enhance clarity, reduce the need for manual data collation, and ensure consistency across all evaluation metrics.

Streamlined Participant Experience

Similar to tasks like tests, interviews or group discussions, participants can now access feedback survey tasks from right inside their Assessment Center’s dashboards.

The integration ensures a smoother process for participants, allowing them to complete pre-works, assessment day activities and now surveys in a single, cohesive workflow. This aims to reduce redundancy and enhance engagement.

Assessment Center participants will be able to self-nominate feedback providers, approve providers as well as provide the actual feedback directly from their dashboard. Peers who are not participating in the assessment center will be able to do the same via the links shared with them over email.

Strategic Benefits

  • Comprehensive Talent Evaluation: Combining assessment scores with subjective, real-world feedback creates a complete view of an individual’s performance. Organizations can identify both immediate potential and long-term developmental needs with greater precision.
  • Holistic Employee Development: By integrating feedback surveys into assessment centers, organizations can support more tailored development plans that align feedback with actionable goals.
