Feedback Seekers to initiate reminders to feedback providers

Now, Feedback Seekers have the flexibility to send reminders to the Feedback Providers nominated by them.

On the nominations page, Seekers can go back anytime and choose to send personalized reminders to those Feedback Providers who are yet to complete the survey. This not only puts the onus of triggering respective reminders on the Seekers, but also helps in driving improved completion rates. The templates of these emails are configured by the survey Admin, hence we keep a control on the kind of information being passed on via the email.

We also have the flexibility of informing Seekers to send reminders to their respective Feedback Providers so that optimum use of this feature can be made. An automated email to the Feedback Seekers 3 days before the survey closing date; informing them to send reminders to their respective Feedback Providers who are yet to complete the survey.
