Until now all the participants who provided feedback, be it for themselves (Self) or for anyone else (Others), used to receive the same email for
But now, we have provided them with an option for drafting and sending different emails to Self and Others for any of the above mentioned 3 cases.
This setting can be enabled:
a) For Surveys that are New or are in the Draft state. Please refer to the screenshot below.
In the ‘Setup Emails’ step, click on the 3 vertical dots(highlighted in Red below). This opens the section highlighted in Green. By default, the option ‘Same Email for Self and Others’ is selected.
Selecting the option ‘Separate Email for Self and Others’ opens the tab for ‘Others’, highlighted in Green below for Invitation Email.
b) Similarly, for surveys that are already in Open state, this option can be enabled/disabled through the Settings screen, as highlighted below in Green.
