Excited to announce that 360View is now fully multi-lingual. This includes the below scope:
360View has been adopted (and loved) by multiple customers across the globe. Many of our customers wanted to roll-out surveys across geographies and different languages. With the rapid increase in global customers, we took up the multi-lingual capability on priority and have released significant updates to provide end-to-end support for multiple languages. Here are more details about what we’ve launched:
Survey in multiple languages and participant flow
A Survey template can now be created in multiple languages which means the participants will have the option to select the language of their choice for responding. This gives more flexibility to participants and helps in curating their survey filling experience.
Below are a few screenshots showing multi-lingual templates and the participant flow:
This is how the template would appear while creating the survey, it will show all the languages that it supports. Selecting a template like this launches the survey with an option to fill it in any of these languages. These are also the languages in which this survey’s report can be configured.
For the survey participants, after clicking on the email link to give the survey, they will see a pop-up (only for the first time) informing them how language selection is to be done.
Surveys can be created in any of the supported languages, survey is shown to the participants in the language that they select here.
Supported languages
We support the below 16 languages as of now –
In case you find a particular language missing, let us know and we’ll be happy to work on supporting it at the earliest.
Easy reports download in multiple languages
Reports can be easily configured and downloaded in bulk in any of the survey language i.e. any of the languages in which which a survey is supported. You can set a default report download language or even download the reports in the language of the ‘Feedback Seeker’ (language in which the Feedback Seeker took the survey in). More details below:
Survey level report can be configured from this setting. Reports can be set-up simultaneously in any language that this survey runs in.
Default report download language can be set from here. Else, language selection can be done each time the report is downloaded. The option ‘Seeker’s Language’ downloads the report for each Seeker in the respective language that they took the survey in. This is a very useful feature in case you want to distribute the reports to individuals in their own language.
We hope you’re excited about these new updates. Stay tuned for more!
