Self-feedback can now be optional

Self-feedback is now not mandatory for report generation. By default, reports are generated only if self-feedback and feedback from at least one provider is completed. However, we have provided a flexibility via a setting under Report Setup tab. Survey Admin can enable it to generate reports even without self-feedback.

For those Feedback Seekers where self feedback is shared, their individual reports will have Self data included in all the calculations. For those Feedback Seekers where self feedback is not shared, their individual reports will not have Self data included in all the calculations.

Below checkbox needs to be unchecked in case reports are needed to be generated for a survey where Self-feedback might not be present.

Reports to be sharable with any additional relationship

Now share a Feedback Seeker’s individual report with any of their respective relationship group, for example, their Managers! For any survey, the admin can choose a relationship with which they wish to share the individual reports of the respective Feedback Seekers.

This hugely reduces the hassle of sharing each Feedback Seeker’s report with feedback providers of a certain relationship group, e.g. their respective managers.

Admins can access this option when reports are required to be shared via email.

Introducing Password Protected Reports

Individual reports shared via email can now be password protected. This is to ensure privacy of employee’s data. Password would be shared with each Feedback Seeker for their respective individual report. In case the report is shared the Manager (or any other relationship) then this password would be shared with them also via email.

Admins can enable this from Report Setup tab. Email text can be customized for placing the password in the email body.

Customizable Rating scale – up to 100!

Now show reports on any rating scale up to 100! As a standard model, survey ratings were shown in the report on either a 5, 10 or 100 rating scale for easy interpretation of survey scores. However, we have now built-in a feature to allow a rating scale of any number up to 100. Scores in the individual reports are converted and shown basis this rating scale selected for greater flexibility.

Admins can enable this from ‘Report Configuration option in the ‘Report Setup’ tab.

360View is now fully Multilingual

Excited to announce that 360View is now fully multi-lingual. This includes the below scope:

  • A survey can now be launched in any of the languages mentioned below.
  • A single survey can be launched in multiple different languages, where participants can choose the language of their choice.
  • Entire participant flow including the reports are fully multi-lingual (admin flow continues to be available in English and Spanish).
  • A total of 16 languages have been supported for multi-lingual.
  • Reports can now be configured and downloaded in any of the supported languages.

360View has been adopted (and loved) by multiple customers across the globe. Many of our customers wanted to roll-out surveys across geographies and different languages. With the rapid increase in global customers, we took up the multi-lingual capability on priority and have released significant updates to provide end-to-end support for multiple languages. Here are more details about what we’ve launched:

Survey in multiple languages and participant flow

A Survey template can now be created in multiple languages which means the participants will have the option to select the language of their choice for responding. This gives more flexibility to participants and helps in curating their survey filling experience.

Below are a few screenshots showing multi-lingual templates and the participant flow:

This is how the template would appear while creating the survey, it will show all the languages that it supports. Selecting a template like this launches the survey with an option to fill it in any of these languages. These are also the languages in which this survey’s report can be configured.

For the survey participants, after clicking on the email link to give the survey, they will see a pop-up (only for the first time) informing them how language selection is to be done.

Surveys can be created in any of the supported languages, survey is shown to the participants in the language that they select here.

Supported languages

We support the below 16 languages as of now –

  1. English
  2. Spanish
  3. Italian
  4. Portuguese (Brazil)
  5. Portuguese (Portugal)
  6. Simple Mandarin (China)
  7. French
  8. Japanese
  9. Arabic
  10. Turkish
  11. Bahasa
  12. German
  13. Korean
  14. Polish
  15. Thai
  16. Czech [NEW]

In case you find a particular language missing, let us know and we’ll be happy to work on supporting it at the earliest.

Easy reports download in multiple languages

Reports can be easily configured and downloaded in bulk in any of the survey language i.e. any of the languages in which which a survey is supported. You can set a default report download language or even download the reports in the language of the ‘Feedback Seeker’ (language in which the Feedback Seeker took the survey in). More details below:

Survey level report can be configured from this setting. Reports can be set-up simultaneously in any language that this survey runs in.

Default report download language can be set from here. Else, language selection can be done each time the report is downloaded. The option ‘Seeker’s Language’ downloads the report for each Seeker in the respective language that they took the survey in. This is a very useful feature in case you want to distribute the reports to individuals in their own language.

We hope you’re excited about these new updates. Stay tuned for more!

360View – Customizable separate emails to ‘Self’ and ‘Others’ survey participant

Until now all the participants who provided feedback, be it for themselves (Self) or for anyone else (Others), used to receive the same email for

– Invitations emails
– Reminder emails
– Ad-hoc emails

But now, we have provided them with an option for drafting and sending different emails to Self and Others for any of the above mentioned 3 cases.

This setting can be enabled:

a) For Surveys that are New or are in the Draft state. Please refer to the screenshot below.
In the ‘Setup Emails’ step, click on the 3 vertical dots(highlighted in
Red below). This opens the section highlighted in Green. By default, the option ‘Same Email for Self and Others’ is selected.
